Class Description
The NextGen Builders Residential Skills Academy is giving young people ages 16-24 the opportunity to learn real-world construction skills, earn certifications, connect with mentors, and receive up to $1,000 in stipends while preparing for a high-demand career.

Get Paid to Learn!
Students participating in select programs at the McKenzie Regional Workforce Center may be eligible to receive financial incentives. Participants in the NextGen Builders and Pre-Apprenticeship programs can earn up to $1,000, while participants in other qualifying programs may earn gift cards valued from $50 to $100. All incentives are based on program attendance and active participation and are not guaranteed.
